Gluten-Free Assorted Biscottini
Our gluten-free biscotti are made with a special blend of wheat-free flours. They are crumbly and crunchy rather than hard, making them edible without the need to dunk them in coffee (not that we don’t enjoy dunking!). This assortment includes almond and chocolate flavors.
These cookies are a tradition in Tuscany where they are called “cantucci,” which means a little chunk. Italians tend typically eat these cookies after dinner with a glass of chilled Vin Santo.
