Sugar-Free Assorted Biscotti
Maltitol is a natural sweetener that gives just the right sweetness to our sugar-free biscotti. They are crumbly and crunchy rather than hard, making them edible without the need to dunk them in coffee (not that we don’t enjoy dunking our biscotti!).
These cookies are a tradition in Tuscany where they are called “cantucci,” which means a little chunk. We include the following flavors in our sugar-free assortment: anise, almond, triple chocolate and combinati (chocolate and almond).
